To start, click on “My Messenger” menu located on top of your Yehey!TOL then select “Preferences”. Click Message Archiving and you can select one of the three options given:
Save all my messages
Save messages but clear when I sign out
Do not save my messages
Yehey!TOL’s archive is always enabled by default.
To view your archive click on the “My Contacts” menu on your Yehey!TOL and select “Message Archive.” A new window will appear. Select the connection your wish to view, and then search from the archive folders you want to review..
Note: Archives (".arc" files located on your system) are encrypted and can only be viewed by the Yehey! ID that created them. These archives are stored locally on your system, so the conversations held on that specific computer are only accessible from that computer. After archives are deleted, they cannot be retrieved.
