Q: Do I need to sign in to join?
A: Most in-house promos require users to log in. However in the case of our music, restaurant and other lifestyle promos, we only ask for a name and email address for verification. Eventually, we'll be requiring all promos for a sign in account.

Q: What are bretas?
A: Breta is the term used for Yehey!'s rewards program. Breta(s) are points given to users who frequent our site. There are different ways to accumulate bretas and redeem corresponding prizes. Eventually, users may even utilize bretas to join other Yehey! services.

Q: How do you earn bretas?
A: You can earn bretas by browsing, searching, voting, rating and posting in our message boards. In the coming months, we will reveal other exciting ways in accumulating bretas. Watch out for our secret bretas! Surf and click until you find them!

Q: Where can I track my bretas?

How to Claim?

Q: How do I know if I won?
A: You will be notified via email by a Yehey! representative. You may also contact marketing@teamyehey.com for inquiries.

Q: How do I claim my prize?
A: Winners should email or call 63 (2) 9106418 and look for a marketing representative to confirm an agreed upon date when s/he could personally claim his/her prize at the Yehey! Office located at 38th flr. Discovery Center Bldg. 25 ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

Q: Do I need to bring anything when I claim my prize?
A: Winner should present a valid ID with photo accompanied with a printed copy of the promo winner email notification letter sent to you by a Yehey! representative.

Q: What if I live outside Metro Manila?
A: We will send your prize through courier. You will have to provide us with your complete mailing address with valid landline number and contact person.

Q: Is there an expiration date in claiming my prize?
A: Winners are given two (2) weeks to confirm receipt of email notification. Beyond the stated date, Yehey! reserves the right to forfeit the prize.
