Panlilio to recruit 2010 bets
It looked like a popular governor was not hesitant at all in giving the presidential race in 2010 a try, at least as a pacemaker. Gov. Ed Panlilio of Pampanga on Tuesday said he was convening some reform-minded presidential contenders in a move to identify who among them could run for the top national post in the 2010 elections.
